At people2people, we deliver quality talent, fast. To make this possible, we need a strong internal team to keep the cogs turning smoothly. We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to sit within our agency to work closely with our NSW branches to fill our vacancies and help kick-start some new initiatives.
Day to day, you will report to the CBD Office Manager & NSW Director. The successful candidate will:
- Work with internal stakeholder on new & existing internal vacancies
- Design & implement a recruitment scheme to attract recent university graduates to our para-consultant program
- Conduct phone interviews & screen potential candidates for weekly/fortnightly assessment centres
- Map out the Sydney recruitment market and identify potential new hires
To be able to hit the ground running, ideally you will have previous experience in running a graduate program. Previous experience in working in a particularly competitive candidate market will also assist in your ability to network with potential hires.
