Job Description

people2people are collaborating with the NSW Government who are currently seeking a HR Administration Officer on an initial 3 month assignment located in the Sydney CBD.

THE ROLE

In this role, you will be working on several key HR projects within the department, working closely with senior management and the wider team. 
  • Responding to HR enquiries whilst providing administrative and advisory support
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders, including hiring managers
  • Manage the recruitment process (panel compositions, writing adverts and being the liaison between agencies)
  • Reviewing results of HR surveys, consulting with employees and implementing productive solutions
  • Drive employee wellbeing and engagement, including organising National Events

ABOUT YOU

To be eligible for this role you must have:
  • Strong experience in HR, preferable experience with end to end recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An analytical and goal-oriented approach 
  • Highly organised manner
