Supporting the CBD branch of people2people, this role will report to the Office Manager and learn the ropes of our business. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone to kick start their career in recruitment & learn our business from the ground up! Duties include:
- Answering all inbound calls from clients & candidates
- Meeting & greeting candidates
- Supporting consultants with their CV formatting
- Managing the general office tidiness
- Setting up board meetings/meeting rooms & organising catering where necessary
- Chasing internal audit requirements
- Managing petty cash & banking
